- Written and/or oral interpration
- A toll-free and typewriter/Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TTY/TDD) telephone number available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for Members who have difficulties hearing or speaking.
- Access to auxiliary aids and services.
- Free language services to people whose primary language is not English including qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.
